Question

Never received email for 2018 rejection. Looked under past taxes. Shows 2018 sent, then rejected. No reason. IRS received payment. How do I find rejection reason?

You may not be able to find the reason now since our 2018 e-File systems have closed.

 

You can still file the return using TurboTax, but you will have to print the return and mail it into the IRS.  You are able to transfer the data that you have already entered into the TurboTax program to the downloadable software. This will allow you to complete the return without starting from scratch.
