Question

Never signed into JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. so I can"t give a sign in ID or a password to bring it over from my bank so what do I do now?

You'll need to enter your JPMorgan Chase Bank information manually so you're not asked the sign in ID and password.  You won't be able to import it. 

 

When asked how you want to enter your form on the Let's import your tax info screen, select Change how I enter my form or I'll type it myself located at the bottom right hand side of the screen.
