New install of 2019 Home & Business with error code 630

I purchased sealed 2019 software, installed and when I attempted to enter the license code, I get a 630 error. How do I use the software when I can't put in the license code?

(Mind you, I will be doing the same with 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 as I'm that far behind! HELP!!!)

You do not mention where you purchased the 2019 software, but TurboTax no longer supports 2019, nor will TT provide updates or state downloads for 2019. Sorry---but you have been cheated by some online seller or retailer. TT does not support 2020 software either, so beware of purchasing 2020. Before long it will also be too late for 2021-----and if a 2021 return is not mailed by April 15, 2025, the refund is forfeited.
