I have a new LLC and I am applying for the EIN number. It asks if I will have any employee. At the moment, I don't expect to have any, I will only have 1099 contractors. Question: what if I want to have one at some point? What is the procedure? Do I file form 944 or 941 if and when I have an employee? Will this affect my EIN number?
