New rule for Greencard holders

Does anyone have an update on the new rule for Greencard holders?

Very little information on this new rule.

How can you provide a foreign address if you live in the US full time and have no other address outside of the US?

Where are you being asked for the foreign address on the software? You are not required to enter one except on certain income exclusion forms.
