New to TT and trying to figure out which version(s) I need

I'll be looking to file business and personal both Federal and SC State. I am a Realtor and have an S Corp that that business goes through. I also have rental properties and some stock investments. I'm 68, reasonably smart and while I'm new to TT, I'm finding the website very difficult to navigate when it comes to figuring out what versions I'd need and how much they would cost. It almost seems like they're trying to obfuscate that information.
Can anyone tell me the options I'd have for doing this on my own? I'd like to reserve the option to pay more for tax help or perhaps a review/confirmation of my taxes. Is that possible?

For your S corporation, you will need TurboTax Business and you can check out your options using the link below.

Thanks but that link takes me to filing taxes with assistance. I might need that but I'd first like to at least try to do it on my own. To be honest, if it's $489 for just business federal, then additional for business state, then additional for personal federal and state, I'd probably just hire someone local. Isn't there a way to do all of those myself?
