New York State Tax Review

Preparing a New York State resident return. TurboTax has reviewed Federal return and it is correct. Would like for TT to review NYS return and check for errors but I can't get there. Keeps returning to "let's finish your New York taxes first." Then, "Let's work on your state return". Eventually, I get back to "Let's make sure your taxes are correct". Then, the return is analyzed (no results given). After entering "continue" it returns to "let's finish your New York taxes first". Any suggestions?

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

Clearing your Cache and Cookies
Using a different browser
Opening an Incognito Window

Unfortunately, I know taxes, but not computers. I appreciate your suggestions but I don't quite understand those things and I could really mess this up.

Is there no other solution?

If not, for me, it almost seems that if I want TurboTax to do its review, I may have to start the return from scratch.

In fact, now I see that I have the same issue with all the returns I have (partially) prepared. And it may be the same situation with the federal review.
