No acceptance email from irs

I filed on the 17 th of this month.I was trying to get the tax advance from turbo tax .Ive used turbo tax for about eight years now and always gotten the acceptance email wishing 24 hours .Even when I filed early .Now going on three days o still have gotten no acceptance letter .And when I check where’s my refund it keeps saying I’m entering the wrong information.Anybod else having these issues ?

    The IRS will not begin to accept/reject returns until Jan. 27, so until then your return is sitting on a server.  You will not hear if your return s accepted, or anything else about the loan, until the IRS begins to process returns.

    Thank you for that answer .But my dad did his taxes through Jackson Hewitt about a week ago to get a advance and he got the email that his taxes was accepted by the irs .So I’m a bit confused .

    There were a few returns accepted in small test batches that the IRS pulled to test the system before they begin to process returns on Jan. 27

    Everyone else has to just wait.
