No connection to "Schwab Workplace Retirement" site....

I had to create this post because there is no way to provide direct feedback to TurboTax any other way. I hope the Intuit employees that monitor this blog can forward feedback and suggestions....

I have a Schwab retirement account. It is held by the "Schwab Workplace Retirement" site:

The login URL for that site is: https://workplace.schwab.com

However in TurboTax, there is only once choice for importing Schwab documents and that is a different URL:

https://sws-gateway.schwab.com

So I am unable to successfully log into my Schwab account to import tax documents....

Please pass this to someone who cares!

Schwab workplace retirement accounts do not presently participate in our import process. The other "arm" of Schwab, however, does. This is why the import is not successful in your case. We will pass along the request for this function to the appropriate developers.
