No errors in the check, submitted both fed and state electronically.1040SR shows 0 for W2 but I entered amount on w2 form?

Discovered error when printing file copy. I went through the W2 and confirmed all the info is correct in the software form(WinPerRelease xxx.xxx.xxxx), yet the income is not shown on the 1040SR and does not appear to be included in the wages item in the state form.
