I forgot to remove the add on before filing.  Then my refund was rejected and I realized I still have the charge.  Now I can't remove it

Please reach out to a TurboTax Customer Support Specialist to discuss your options.  Use the key words billing issues and do not use the word refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds. To switch from TurboTax Self Employed to a lower-priced version of TurboTax, you can use the Clear & Start Over feature to erase your current return and start from scratch. You can clear and start over as long as you have not submitted payment, deducted the TurboTax fee from your refund, or registered. Please see the below TurboTax FAQ for more information and instructions:
