No one has called me for my scheduled appointment(s)

I requested an appointment and listed my father's phone number because the form wouldn't let me list an international number. In the comments section, I listed my Guatemalan phone number. No one called me or my father. I scheduled 2 more appointments and we still never received a call. I am paying for the Deluxe version so I'm not sure what the problem is.

I believe that customer support can only return calls to US phone numbers.

No one called the US number I left. No one has even contacted me so I can arrange another way to be in touch. How can I get ahold of someone who can help me? I see no phone numbers or email addresses to reach out. Also, I can't believe they won't provide support to people who are (stuck) overseas.

There is no single published number because it changes contently depending on the nature of the call and agent availability. Following the link below will either give a current number for you to call or take your number for a callback.

(Note that phone support is for paying customers only. There is no phone support for Free Customers.)

I literally just had a phone call set up for 9:30am and I answered the call and it hung up on me right away. I tried calling back the number and it does the same thing. It rings once then the call disconnects. I tried going online and having them call me back, but it is doing the same thing so I'm unsure on how to contact them to answer my questions....
