are you sure it said files and not forms?  some IRS forms are not final and you can't file with missing or outdated forms.  if it says files contact TurboTax support because I also have no idea what the issue is

Sorry, it says forms. I've been trying to submit for a couple of weeks but keep getting the same message. Haven't had this issue in the past and nothing new to my return.
