Hi so I filed taxes got the amount of 500 some odd dollars from State and federal combined I got the card in mail but not the money ? Can u help me to where the money can get processed and put on card from my state and federal taxes ?

The card arrives within 7 to 10 days and after your return is filed and most refunds are issued within 21 days. Therefore, your refund may not have been processed by the IRS or state taxing agency yet.
