When running Smart Check for Arizona State Return - received the following error message - Form 140: Line 13 - Non-Arizona Municipal Interest has been entered.  This entry requires a schedule listing the payors and the amount received from each payor.  However, there is no information on what schedule is needed.  Which schedule is needed?  Thanks!

It isn't an schedule in the same sense as tax forms can be forms or schedules.  Providing this information in the explanation section will clear this error.

    From the 140 instructions:

If you received tax exempt interest from municipal bonds,
keep a schedule listing the payors and the amount received
from each payor for your records. You should also keep
supporting documents for amounts received from Arizona
municipal bonds that are exempt from Arizona income tax.
These may be items such as bank statements, brokerage
    statements, etc.

If the "errors" you are referring to are that you need to add a schedule for non-Arizona Municipal Interest, please go back to the Arizona interview in TurboTax. Fairly early in the interview, there is a screen that reads "Arizona Municipal Interest".

If you make an entry in either the first or third box (i.e., the two lines about municipal interest), then the next screen will say "Provide Schedule of Non-Arizona Municipal Interest", and you will have multiple blank lines to fill in for Payor's name and amount.
