non filers, 2019 tax return

I completed the non filer payment information on the IRS website a couple days ago. Today I am trying to complete my actual 2019 tax return but it says my information has already been submitted. Was this a conflict from the non filers submission, how can i submit my 2019 taxes now?

The Stimulus Registration Site, contained two separate links, one if you haven't filed your return yet, and the other if you aren't required to file a return. When you completed the Stimulus Registration, you effectively filed a return for 2019.
