I received an email from TurboTax that points to Welcome to your personal roadmap! - Intuit TurboTax Blog. The top bar has a sign-in button, so I sign in but there is no way to return to the personal roadmap while logged in. The form asks for things I have already defined in my account which seems to defeat the purpose of signing in.
