Not allowing me to enter my 2nd 1099B details

So that I properly understand the question. 

Are you trying to Import a second 1099-B that your having trouble with?  It would be difficult to resolve that issue on this platform.  If you are entering a second 1099-B manually, we can go through these steps:

1. Go to INCOME
2. I'll choose what I work on
3. Scroll down to Investment Income
4. Select Stocks, Mutual Funds ...
5. YES you did sell investments
6. YES you did get a 1099-B
7. At the bottom of the page select I'll type it myself
8. Enter the new Bank or Broker
9. Choose one at a time or a summary
10. Continue to enter your 1099-B information
