Not connected to Internet deluxe package, 2024 turbo tax

Purchased TurboTax 2024 deluxe package and received you’re not connected to the Internet: however, I am connected to the Internet and I’m not running in the Antivirus.  I cannot get to the screen to load in my license code. Anybody have any ideas or is this a intuit issue?

    I temporarily disabled trend micro security system and I was able to enter the activation code.

    IF not your antivirus.

     

    Several people, in another thread, have found out that there is an issue with the TTX server taking the code....

    It's being worked on...so try again tomorrow.

    Still not working.  What good is software that will not let you activate?

    Thanks.  Supports been trying to help over the last several days, but there still appears to an issue with compatibility with my Mac.  I'm running Intel Mac with latest MacOS 15.2

     

    My wife's running a Mac with Apple silicon and on older MacOS (14.5) and it worked fine for her.

    No luck for me and we've spent several days troubleshooting.

    I was finally able to activate after creating a fresh user on my Mac and installing from that user.
