    Are you talking about an IP Pin?

     

    You can get an Identity Protection pin here, or if you lost your IP PIN, you can go here to Retrieve IP PIN.

    You must be referring to the verification code sent by TurboTax so you can complete the filing of the tax return.

    It says it will send a email code to complete my taxes, but I’m not receiving a email with a code and it will not let me complete

    Sign out of TurboTax, close your browser and sign back in. You should receive a verification code shortly after signing back into your account.

     

    Or, try an Account Recovery.

     

    You can also choose to receive your code by Text:

     

    To receive your codes through text please complete the following:

    1. Sign into your account.
    2. Select My Account.
    3. Select Account Settings.
    4. Select the blue Security tab on the left.
    5. Select Two Step Verification.
    6. Select Turn On.
    7. Enter your Phone Number and Password.
    8. Sign out of TurboTax, close your browser and sign back in.
