Not having luck using the download function for online version from last year's PDF. What should I do?

I would try closing the Online version, clearing the cache on your browser, close the browser, and then reboot the computer and try again.

 

If it still does not work, if possible I would wait until tomorrow and try again. If you must have it tonight, I would contact customer support and have them walk through it with you.
