How to Downgrade and Clear & Start Over:
Downgrade Your Product: If you have already started with a paid version, you can downgrade by selecting "Switch Products" in the left menu and choosing the Free Edition
Clear and Start Over: If you need to start from scratch, go to "Tax Tools" in the left-hand menu, select "Clear & Start Over", and confirm that you want to erase all your information
