Question

Now have a chrome book. Do taxes for myself and married children. Can the information be transferred year to year like on a computer?

    If you use the TurboTax desktop CD/Download editions which are installed on a personal computer, the software only supports Windows or Mac Operating Systems.

     

    If you use the TurboTax online web based editions then prior year tax data can be transferred to the current tax year online editions.  See this TurboTax website - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/entering-importing/help/how-do-i-transfer-last-year-s-return-into-turbotax-online/01/25953
