On the Turbo Tax Electronic Filing Instructions for your 2024 NYS Return, next to "What You Need To Do" it says:

Sign and date E-File Signature Authorization within 1 day of acceptance. Since you are married filing jointly

your spouse must also sign and date the form.

How do I do the above to sign the Authorization? on Turbo Tax it says my taxes are done there is no place to sign and date.

You don't need to do anything. Any authorization forms that printed are to be kept with your tax records. Some states, like NY, require you to keep a sign authorization with your records, but you have electronically signed the return. As long as the return is accepted by NY, you are done!
