Object object error

Despite comments that this "known error" has "been resolved", it is not resolved for me and the live help is no help at all.  The last guy just had me file an extension, but that isn't actually getting my taxes filed.

I was finally able to resolve. Go to file, and "file by mail" uncheck your state return, say not ready to file. E-file the federal and it should work. Review the state details and then refile as e-file on its own.

We'd love to help you complete your tax return, but need more information. Can you please clarify your question?  Please provide a description of the error and information about how to correct the error.  Is this s Federal or State issue?

When I tried to submit my federal and state business taxes, I get the "object object" error.  I have worked with 3 live support people, and there is no known reason for the error.   I can't even submit my federal without the state.  Please advise.
