I to vombine a new turbo tax i just started today with my account from 2018

You can not combine your account you started today with your 2018 account. However you can import your 2018 TurboTax information into your 2019 tax return.

Follow these directions to import your 2018 TurboTax return into your 2019 tax return. Launch TurboTax 2019 and click Start a New Return (or go to File in the upper left corner and select New Tax Return). TurboTax should find your 2018 tax file. If not, click Browse, and go to where you saved the file in Step 2, select it, and click Open. Wait for TurboTax to finish transferring the information over. Ref: TurboTax
