TurboTax does not have tax preparation software available for tax years prior to 2016.

If you filed a tax return for the tax year of the W-2 you will have to amend the tax return to add the W-2.  

Amended tax returns can only be printed and mailed, they cannot be e-filed.  

If filing for a tax refund for a tax year prior to 2016, the tax refund will not be paid as it is beyond the three year limit for a tax refund.
