Question

On 1099-R provider's info section, there is no Guam on the state tab. How can I add it?

You will not be able to add Guam under the state section of the 1099-R input section of the program if it's reported in box 15.

 

To clarify, are you saying that your 1099-R shows a Guam address under the payer's name, your name, or under box 15?  

 

 

If it's under Box 15, then you do not need to include it.  The input would only be needed for filing a state tax return as applicable within the United States.
