On a rental, we have customers pay with credit card, how do I deduct what the credit card charges me for this service?

You can deduct this cost as Credit card processing fees in Miscellaneous Expenses.
Go to Business Income and Expenses > Business Expenses > Other Common Business Expenses > Other Miscellaneous Expenses (see attached screenshot).
