On box 15 on my W2 it says Employer state ID but there is nothing else. Does that mena my driver license?

No, not your driver license. It's your employer's state id #. But if box 17 is blank then leave all boxes 15-17 Blank, no spaces.

No not your driver's license. your employer's state identification number. if you don't have a state income tax boxes 15-17 must be left blank.

if you do have a state income tax use the federal EIN (box b) as your state EIN
