On form 1099 Misc box 17--form I received is filled out with the payers TIN instead of the state no. Where can I look up Iowa's state number for this form?

Was there state tax withheld on it?

If so, enter the tax and the state, but you should be able to move forward leaving the box for Payer's state no. blank.

If you get an error, enter the EIN TIN or all 111111111
