Solved

On my 1095-A it says that no amounts in all 3 rows can be 0, but that's what my 1095-A says. What should I put instead? Thanks!

Option 1:  Leave the boxes where you would have zeros on your Form 1095A as blanks in TurboTax.  See the screenshot below for an example of how it should look.  You need to take out all the zero's for the months that you don't have coverage.  You may get an error while you are removing the zeros as if you leave even one zero in it will still give you the error - but once you remove them all, it will clear the error.

Option 2:  You could try entering just "0.01" for each month and see if that clears the error.  TurboTax rounds everything so the amounts will still end up as zero when its transferred to Form 8962.  And, the Form 1095-A that you are filling out in TurboTax is actually not sent to the IRS.  TurboTax uses that information to fill out Form 8962 and your Form 1040.  Those forms would contain the right numbers and calculations in this scenario.

Current update on this message. None of these helped and it should be looked into further. For july to dec, in column b need to be a penny and column c needed to be a zero. for customers to move on and that is inaccurate information. please fix this
