I was employed by a person, not a business, therefore he has no Federal EIN. When I try to e-file it keeps giving me a "Needs Review" issue and requiring an EIN to be listed even though on the form showing it states Payers EIN - or- SSN and the Payers SSN is showing. I checked the Turbo Tx help notes and it says that an SSN will work to e-file, however, every time I try this it brings me back to requiring an EIN to file my personal taxes.

Enter the social security as the EIN.  They're both 9 digits.  It shouldn't make any in difference.
