On my Individual Income Tax Return 2023 FormD-400 #6. is the Federal Adjusted Gross Income the same as my AGI?

    Yep...that's the starting point for a NC tax return......then certain additions and subtractions are made to that to bring the NC-taxable amount into line with NC tax rules.
