On my w-2 for line 14. I have two nontaxable insurance with different amout and it keeps flagging it to fix it. How?

It depends on what insurance you have. The selections under Box 14 may be the issue so make sure you have made the appropriate selection.

At the bottom of the list is 'Other (not classified)'. If you know it is not deductible you should use this category as the others for state specific or required state and local taxes such as an employees portion of state unemployment tax. See the image below for the complete list (and in your TurboTax W-2 section).
