On my W-2 my wages are less than my YTD wages on my last check stub. The difference is my pre tax medical insurance premiums. Can I write off the premiums?

The fact that your W-2 wages are less than your YTD wages, and the difference being your pre-tax medical insurance premiums indicates that your insurance premiums have effectively been "deducted".  That amount is not included in your taxable income, which actually is better than a deduction.
