ON MY W2 THERE IS NOTHING LISTED IN BOX20 WHAT DO I DO?

Box 20 is normally the city/county where you live and/or work if they collect income taxes.  If there is an amount in box 19 then contact your employer to find out to whom those taxes were paid.  If there is no amount in box 19 then backspace/delete in boxes 18 through 20 to clear them all out.
