Online filing asking me where did you start using this vehicle and if you sold/disposed

I used my car for business use -

But turbox is asking when did you start using and if you sold/disposed when did you sell

But I don't remember any of the answers...neither I know when I started using it ..it was at least before start of 2020 and sold it somewhere in 2020 dont remember..

so what should I respond to these mandatory questions ?

Do you have any records? Those questions are important and may change some numbers of your tax return.

For when you started using your vehicle, do you have any bank deposits, a log, a calendar or something that could refresh you memory about when you started using your vehicle. You don't need an exact day, but the closer you can get, the better.

As for the sale, do you have a receipt? An email? A receipt from the department of motor vehicles showing transfer of title? If not, you can contact the dealer or buyer or whomever you sold your vehicle to. They would probably have the details.
