Question

Online job:received a1099-Misc form. I resides in NY but the Co. name is located in CA. Do I ans "yes" on the question or just enter info on this form somewhere else?

In re: to the ques. Did you make money in any other states?  Do I say yes if an online job sent me a 1099-misc form from another state where they are located?  I reside in NY and the Co. is in California.

If you did not physically work in a state other than New York, enter No to the question "Did you make money in any other states?"
