Online version no carry over, 2019 software glitched filed bad numbers incomplete after 2 restarts. anyone else have issues similar? costing me over 40k for 2017-19

17 18 online version did not pull carry over loss, 19 restarted twice while filing and transmitted bad filing that's been accepted. used standard instead of itemized vehicle expenses. what solutions are there, audit defense sucked.

If for some reason a capital loss carry-over did  not populate then you must enter the amount manually in the interview where it asks for it.  If some other type of carry over there are places to manually enter that also.

The remedy is to amend and enter the proper amount.
