Opps, hit a snag when trying to file federal taxes on line (2024)
When I try to e-file my federal taxes using Turbotax Deluxe desktop version (Mac) I am repeatedly getting an error message. The program asks me to "complete my purchase on line" which doesn't make sense since there is no filing fee for the Turbotax Deluxe version I purchased. But it asks me to sign into my intuit account, which I do, and then gives me an error message "Hmm... it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag, Please try again or check back in a bit."
From a google search it seems like this is a recurring issue. How can I e file?
