Option to review your order is not working, keeps telling me “hit a snag”Suggest internet is not working but it is and says it will return me to taxes but doesn’t

I would suggest the steps below:

  • Clearing your cache
  • Deleting your cookies
  • Logging out of your TurboTax account 
  • Reboot and sign back in

If that does not work, try using a different browser.
