I live in WA state but own a rental property in OR. I'm trying to figure out what value should I enter in the OR section of my income for Rents, Royalties and Partnership, is it the total rent I received or the rent after deducting all the expenses and depreciation?

You should report net income from your Oregon rental property on your Oregon non-resident tax return. Net income is gross rent less expenses.
