Other wage adjustments W2

I see RSU listed in box 14 on my NJ W2. Do I add that amount under other wage adjustments- W2? Will it be taxable amount for me?

    No!  Box 14 is informational.  If you received RSUs, then the amount in box 14 would have been reported in box 1 of your W-2 as wages. So it has already been added to your taxable income. Unless you sold some or all of your RSUs, you have nothing to report.
