Our daughter is 35, mentally handicapped since birth. Owns her own home, sleeps there from 9p-5a. She gets SSDI, works 20hrs@min wage.Can we claim her as a dependent?

She is with us from the time she gets off work until 9pm as she eats dinner with us. She stays with us every weekend and goes on vacations with us

No. Since she is over the age to be considered a “qualifying child” for tax purposes, you can only claim her as a depend if she made less than $4,300 and you provided more than half her support.
