Last Time using Turbo Tax after 7 years. this company charged me $215 to do my simple tax, and forced me to click on the live support where i did not use.

When you were in the File section of the program on Step 1, you were shown the Order Summary. If you disagreed with the cost, why did you continue and pay for the account fee?

You could have removed any option shown and you could have also cleared the tax return and started over with a lower priced edition or you could have used another service.
