I filed my 2016 taxes and got audited since I didn't include the SSN number of my ex. for a paid alimony. She is not willing to give me the SSN, what are my options now? Can I legally proceed about the SSN or can I provide something else to the IRS?

Since alimony is part of a legal divorce settlement and decree then she might be in violation of the court decree by failing to provide information required by tax law.  Consult your divorce attorney for advice.  This is a legal question and not a tax question.
