Paid for TurboTax services but my returns were not filed
I completed my returns and paid for the state and federal tax prep but my returns were not filed. I did not get a confirmation that they were filed. I changed my email address while completing the returns and then did not get the option to transmit/upload my returns to the IRS. When I go back into my account, there is nothing there. I have to start all over again with completing the returns. Is that what I have to do? If so, how do I file the returns without being charged again?
