Part Year CA Resident Moving to WA, Marrying Full Year CA Resident

I'm a CA resident that is moving permanently to WA in August of this year. My girlfriend is a CA resident and she plans to stay here for the remainder of the year. I make 100% of the income and she has 0 income. We are planning to get married in December this year.

I'm very confused about how are we supposed to file our taxes. I'd like to file MFJ for Federal, but do I file a part year resident CA MFJ return for both of us? Or do we have to file separately for Federal and CA?
