I forgot my password and have received an email to change the password but you need either the password or something texted to verify. My phone number changed. There is an option that the email is no longer valid but what do you do when you can't remember the password and the phone number is no longer valid to receive the text?

    You'll need to update your TurboTax account information first to correct the telephone number.  Use the instructions below to do that, then request the text verification again.
